Each time we re-open bulk buying operations, we first check our waitlist and send emails to those who've signed up during that period we were paused.

We'll wait a day or so for those folks to respond, then we open the bulk buying service to everyone.

The waitlist is cleaned and reset to zero every time we resume- unless there were more waitlist customers than we had capacity for, then those folks would roll over to the next waitlist and be at the top.

Yes- it is clunky. But it is this way for a purpose... This service is in way more demand than we anticipated and we get swamped very quickly. This is the way we've developed to keep things simple and as fair as generally possible.
